Services provided by our diabetes nurse

Our diabetes nurse offers services focused on diabetes prevention and initial care guidance for clients with type 2 diabetes. During an appointment, clients receive personalized support and guidance on lifestyle changes and self-care to help achieve and maintain good diabetes control. The appointment also covers weight management and medication guidance related to type 2 diabetes treatment, including injection training if necessary.

Both occupational health clients and self-paying consumers are welcome to book an appointment with our diabetes nurse.
