Online appointment service
Kotkan Työterveys clients can get an online appointment with a doctor in real time and without queueing through our online appointment service. The service is open between 8:00 and 16:00 on weekdays.
The service can be used with a smartphone, a tablet or a computer. During the appointment, our professionals are able to send you pictures, files, and links if necessary. You will also be able to send pictures and files to the professionals.
Logging in to the service
You can log in for an online appointment through the chat feature in the bottom right corner. After strong electronic identification you’ll be directed to a doctor. If needed, you can share pictures and files in the chat.
What can be treated during an online appointment?
An online appointment treats health issues that do not require physical examination. You can book an online appointment for example in these situations:
- Allergic reactions
- Asthma
- Flu symptoms
- Skin problems
- Prescriptions
- Eye infections
- Stomach problems
- Urinary tract infections
- Other issues
Clinical practices
Online appointments are not for renewing prescriptions for medicine that affects the central nervous system or other medicine that can be misused.
